Sir Where are you from and why you choose legal field ?

I am Born and brought up in Kolkata, moved to Bihar and had a struggle, only option to help family and feed my intellectual hunger was law which was suggested by a university official.

How you would got the interest in lawwhy you want to become a judge ?

Law is nothing more than strong commonsense and study thereof is the study of logic behind law and fact. Advocacy is examining the relationship thereof. Judging is declaring the relationship as per standards approved.

what motivates you during your journey and how can you face all the problem which are came in your legal journey ?

I felt that at the top of legal profession or judicial hierarchy, it is really politically sensitive reach that makes the difference. Otherwise, at lower level there is those widely discussed pious virtues that are seen but as your journey takes shapes you need all the understanding of the whole weaponry of social governance.

Tell some important point which you will given to law student or those student who want to make career in law field ?

Law career is not for bread alone. It is not for servanthood. It is not for those who want to work without owning the risk. It is about knowing the king's wish and society's aspirations. It is about being a bridge between scepter and the commoners. It is fearless knowledge about past standards of human behaviour and future destinations of society.

How you became a judge? What motivated you during your journey? Suggest some real facts about your journey?

I was a direct recruit as a District Judge Entry level from bar. This recruitment takes place in all states and advocates with seven year's practice experience are entitled to take competitive exam conducted by High Court. This is a gate way for all District Court Advocates to prove themselves at par with others and then in due course expect elevation to the Honourable Court. Every advocate dreams of that chair were he can dictate standards of social behaviour.

Sir, Thankyou so much for  your valuable time and I hope this interview motivate all the students who think that they cant do any thing but this is not a truth.
